PPF coat designed as a special coating to protect TPU, TPH and vinyl wraps. It helps to improve the performance of the films by reducing contaminations, weathering and washing defects, providing easy cleaning. Unique advanced one-coat system will provide a silky coat which will create a higher gloss and a deep wet look.

  • HARDNESS: 9H Pencil Hardness
  • WATER REPELLENCY: 120S° at 20 μL, glass
  • OIL REPELLENCY: 60° at 20 μL, glass
  • ROLL OFF ANGLE: 11-55° at 20 μL, glass
  • COATING THICKNESS: 200-400 nm
  • INITIAL CURING TIME: Room Temperature: 2~3 hours
  • FINAL CURING TIME: 14 Days (For using maintenance coat or wash)
  • BUILD-UP TIME: 1 Day (cures with H2O in the atmosphere)
